This is our fourth Chevy truck in a row and our second at Robert Chevrolet. We came back because the salespeople are very helpful and fair. The finance person, Cathy, went out of her way to help us even though she was sick. She was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They are lucky to have her as an employee. Everyone was great.

Very pleased with the amount of time the sales consultant spent with me both before I bought the car and at time of delivery. Very much appreciated. Very pleased with financial consultant and the way the lease terms were explained and the optional insurance. Both individuals were very professional. Never felt pressured into anything. Gave me ample time to pose questions all of which they answered. Very pleased with my experience with Robert Chevrolet. I look forward to my first service call. Love the Camaro.

Before I went car shopping I had called Robert Chevy because I had a few fincancing question and they directed me to Kathy! She was the reason I came to Robert Chevy!! She took the time to talk to me on the phone, she had no idea if I was gonna buy or was just being a annoying customer on the phone! She cared and took her time out for me and it was greatly appreciated!! And hands up for Sam who was a GREAT salesman to deal with!! I will definitely go back to Robert Chevy!

I had used your company back in 2004 when I got an 2004 Aveo which got totaled. I was unable to use you with the purchase I made next and Toyota was difficult to deal with the sales person lied to me at the time of paperwork and explaining things, when I called with follow up questions and problems they were unattentive. The car had issues once I got it home. So when my boyfriend totaled that car and I was able to get a new one I knew exactly where I was going and what I was getting and came right back to Robert Chevrolet and to my old sales rep who recognized me as soon as I walked in the door and had no hesitation on getting the new version of my old AVEO. I love you guys I don't want to go anywhere else for a car. Thanks so much for being so great, from the sales reps, to Kathy in Financing, to the guys at the service station. You're the best.
