A special thanks to Salesman, Eric Johnson, who knows his stuff. He came up with great suggestions, alternatives. I am saying this despite my 11 years in fleet leasing knowledge as a past employee of GE Capital Fleet. Despite eric's youth he knew the programs thoroughly and made the common sense suggestions. Someone trained him very well. A surprising and rewarding experience involving a task that usually involves repeated haggling. Eric works at Robert Chevrolet in Hicksville, Long Island. Great job.

Eric Johnson was amazing! I hate when my 3 years is up and I have to car shop because I find it to be a very annoying process. I hate the nonsens of "let me bring the price back and forth a hundred times to my manager" and none of that occurred with Eric. It was a no nonsense deal and I appreciated that! I HATED the service at Ford and as much as I loved the Explorer and was set on that, the deal and the service at Chevrolet just blew me away. There was no way I was going back to Ford. I just really can't believe the price and the service we received, sometimes I feel like I dreamt it!!! Eric Johnson is a keeper and I hope he is there for a while because we really enjoyed dealing with him. He was professional and eager to answer any questions. Everyone in the dealership was very nice every time we went in for something. Overall it was a great experience and so far I love my car!!! THANK YOU .

Can't say enough nice things about Tom Misiak and Cathy at Robert Chevy. We lost our 1st 2013 Chevy Volt during flooding of Hurricane Sandy. They made the whole process painless and helped us in every way. We loved our first volt so much but only had it for a month, we decided to get 2 Volts this time. Tom had to search for us to get the 2 cars and went all out to find us another Volt in a timely manner. Since we were in dire need of vehicles. They were fantastic... would highly recommend!

This is our fourth Chevy truck in a row and our second at Robert Chevrolet. We came back because the salespeople are very helpful and fair. The finance person, Cathy, went out of her way to help us even though she was sick. She was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They are lucky to have her as an employee. Everyone was great.

Very pleased with the amount of time the sales consultant spent with me both before I bought the car and at time of delivery. Very much appreciated. Very pleased with financial consultant and the way the lease terms were explained and the optional insurance. Both individuals were very professional. Never felt pressured into anything. Before I went car shopping I had called Robert Chevy because I had a few financing question and they directed me to Kathy! She was the reason I came to Robert Chevy!! She took the time to talk to me on the phone, she had no idea if I was gonna buy or was just being a annoying customer on the phone! I had used your company back in 2004 when I got an 2004 Aveo which got totaled. I was unable to use you with the purchase I made next and Toyota was difficult to deal with the sales person lied to me at the time of paperwork and explaining things, when I called with follow up questions and problems they were inattentive. The car had issues once I got it home. So when my boyfriend totaled that car and I was able to get a new one I knew exactly where I was going and what I was getting and came right back to Robert Chevrolet and to my old sales rep who recognized me as soon as I walked in the door and had no hesitation on getting the new version of my old AVEO. I love you guys I don't want to go anywhere else for a car. Thanks so much for being so great, from the sales reps, to Kathy in Financing, to the guys at the service station. You're the best.
